Ms. Janis just keeps on rockin'.  She loves the life of a show girl and the limelight.  More significantly she still embodies the essence of a Siberian Husky:  structure, balance, moderation and effortless movement (not to mention that wonderful spirit and sense of play).  My sincere thanks to judges who have recognized her sterling qualities (even in the Veteran ring today) and to Karen and Sam Mammano for managing her show career and keeping her rockin'!  My thanks, too, to all those breeders and competitors who have understood Ms. Janis' contributions to the breed.  In my heart she will always remain my national treasure.

BIS/BISS Am/Can Ch. Nahani's Mercedes Benz was awarded her second Best Veteran In Show by Dr. Rub Hertz.  Her Group 1 was awarded by Mr. Fred Heal; Mrs. Sheila Balch gave her the Breed award.  As her anmesake declared...she just "gonna keep on rocking".
